Installation & Hands-On Training for New energy vehicles Training Equipment

A newly built New Energy Vehicle (NEV) training lab at a vocational college purchased our bestselling product – New energy vehicles Integrated System Training Equipment. This complete set includes:

Zhongcai completed on-site installation and system commissioning for all equipment, followed by a five-day hands-on training covering equipment operation, installation procedures, and teaching applications. The training content included: equipment unpacking and inspection, wiring connections, system parameter configuration, fault simulation debugging, diagnostic software operation, as well as daily maintenance and safety procedures.

Through a combination of theoretical instruction and practical exercises, participating teachers became fully capable of independently performing equipment commissioning and common fault diagnosis.

After the training, the college's instructors are now able to offer practical courses on NEV system fundamentals, including power battery management, drive motor control, and electronically controlled power steering. Equipment utilization has increased to over ninety percent.

In addition, we provided a complete training package, including installation guide videos, operation manuals, hands-on task sheets, and an assessment question bank – helping the college build a sustainable NEV teaching system.
