Vocational colleges and technician training centers rarely question the value of hands-on automotive training equipment. What they question is what happens after delivery: will the lab be installed correctly, will teachers really be able to operate the trainers and teach from them, and what happens two or three years later when a component fails? For us, the answer is simple — installation and commissioning, teacher training and spare parts supply are part of the product, not after-sales add-ons.

Each shipment of automotive education equipment is accompanied by our own commissioning engineers. On arrival they handle unpacking and inspection, bench and frame assembly, power and air supply connection, ECU communication checks and fault-simulation testing. The lab is then aligned with your syllabus: which trainer supports which module, in which teaching sequence. Nothing is signed off until instructor and equipment run a complete lesson together, and the department receives a commissioning report with wiring diagrams and a maintenance checklist.
Equipment that nobody can teach on is expensive furniture. Our instructor training therefore goes beyond a product walk-through: operation of each engine trainer, cutaway model and electrical training board, fault insertion and diagnosis, student assessment, and safe workshop practice. Instructors leave with ready-to-use lesson plans, worksheets and troubleshooting guides covering petrol and diesel engine trainers, EV and hybrid powertrain trainers, brake and ABS trainers, electric power steering trainers and air conditioning trainers.

Since 2014 we have supplied vocational training equipment to more than 500 schools, with 90–100% of output exported. That experience shapes the way we install, train and support: documentation that matches tender requirements, training that matches real classroom hours, and spare parts that match the equipment you actually bought.
If you are planning an automotive workshop or upgrading an existing lab, send us your course outline and student numbers — we will return a layout proposal with installation, training and spare parts plan included.
