Product Overview: Adopting new energy vehicles for mass production of lithium iron phosphate power batteries, the nominal voltage of each individual battery is 3.2V, with a capacity of 20Ah, and the battery is safe and stable. The power battery pack adopts 24 individual cells connected in series, with a rated voltage of 73.6V. It can dynamically monitor the total voltage, charge and discharge current, temperature, and voltage of each individual cell of the battery pack, while achieving SOC estimation, effective control of charge and discharge, and fault alarm functions. The surface of the power battery pack is covered with a 5mm thick transparent acrylic sheet, which clearly displays the wiring connections of the power battery pack. Functional features: 1. The system is equipped with a 10 inch touch screen display, which can dynamically observe the battery pack voltage, charging and discharging current, battery pack temperature SOC、 The data information of relay closure status, charging status (CC, CP), insulation detection, single cell voltage, etc. can be read through the touch screen display, and the BMS system parameters can be modified to simulate the change status of system level 1 alarm, level 2 protection and other information. The touch screen display can automatically wake up/sleep, saving energy consumption. 2. The system is equipped with an intelligent on-board charger (OBC), which communicates with the BMS through the CAN protocol. After connecting the charging gun and detecting the CC and CP status, the system self checks and closes the charging positive contactor. The charger performs constant current charging based on the real-time status information of the BMS, and the BMS monitors the charging process in real-time online. 3. The high-voltage connection of the battery box adopts high-voltage plugs, and the system is designed with circuit interlocking. When the system is running, pulling the maintenance switch and any plug can erect and cut off the relay; Disconnect external power transmission; Ensure operational safety. 4. The internal circuit design of BMS is passive balancing, which makes the remaining energy of the battery in the system tend to be consistent and extends the service life of the battery. 5. The top cover of the power battery box is designed with a transparent acrylic board, which clearly displays the wiring connections of the power battery pack. Each battery is labeled with a corresponding serial number, and the wiring collection line is marked with a label; Can intuitively understand the connection method of the collection line. 6. The column is produced according to the standard of integrated all plastic high-strength ABS full mold buckle base, strictly manufactured in accordance with the EU CE electrical certification standard. The shell is oil resistant, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The equipment base is built with 40 * 40 and 40 * 80 aluminum profiles, which will not cause paint peeling after traditional steel frame spraying.
