Diagnostic Skill Development
Unlike conventional automotive training aids, this system features:

1.36 color-coded test points for measuring:

  • Voltage signals from throttle position sensors (0.5-4.5V)
  • Resistance changes in coolant temp sensors (2.5kΩ at 20°C)
  • PWM frequency from inverter control modules (2-10kHz)

2.Dual OBD-II ports supporting bidirectional control:

    • Read/clear DTCs for Hybrid Control Unit (HCU), Power Control Module (PCM), and Transmission Control Unit (TCU)

    • Active component testing (e.g. command MG1 motor activation)

3.Fault simulation panel triggering 25+ common failures:

Safety & Certification Alignment
Certified to ISO 13849 safety standards, the trainer includes:

  • Rotating component guards with 3mm steel mesh
