1. Real System Anatomy Teaching
High voltage components such as power battery packs and charging and distribution assemblies are encapsulated in partially transparent acrylic, providing a visual display of the internal component layout and circuit connections.   
The combination of original permanent magnet synchronous motor and controller can dynamically demonstrate the power transmission process and support power-off disassembly training.   
2. Intelligent interactive teaching system
The 21.5-inch high-definition all-in-one machine integrates color electrical schematics (scalable), multi format videos (MP4/SWF, etc.), text resources (Word/PDF/PPT, etc.), and supports independent upload and management of local/cloud resources.   
Mirror Projection Technology: Supports wired/wireless multi screen interaction, allowing teachers to synchronize courseware to multiple terminals with just one click. The mouse trajectory is synchronized with high precision at 60 frames per second, ensuring smooth and clear split screen images.   
3.Safety Training Design
After the high-voltage system is powered off, the components can be safely disassembled, and the drive wheel is equipped with transparent protective devices and flexible belt transmission to ensure zero risk dynamic demonstration.   
Support low voltage signal measurement (voltage/resistance/pulse) for air conditioning and charging and distribution systems. Students can use tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes for practical testing.   
4.Multi condition simulation
Restoring the real operating environment of the vehicle: original instrument panel, gear shift mechanism, electronic parking, throttle/brake pedal linkage, can simulate driving, charging and other working conditions.
