Functional characteristics
- The real runnable pure electric vehicle drive system fully demonstrates the composition structure and working process of pure electric vehicle drive system. The Drive System Training Platform provides a comprehensive hands-on learning experience for users.
- The Drive System Training Platform panel adopts 4mm thick corrosion-resistant, trauma-resistant, pollution-resistant, fireproof, moisture-proof senior aluminum plastic plate, the surface is treated by special technology spraying primer; the panel is printed with colorful circuit schematic diagram painted by UV plate that never fades.
- The training platform panel is installed with electric car instrumentation, which can display the power transmission process, vehicle speed, voltage, temperature, etc., and electric control system fault indicator and other parameter changes in real time.
- There are test terminals installed on the panel of the training platform, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the control unit pins on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.
- The training platform is equipped with electronic throttle control device, which is convenient for acceleration and deceleration of pure electric vehicle drive system.
- The training platform is equipped with power main switch, rotating parts shield and other installation protection devices.
- The base of the training platform is welded with steel structure, and the surface is treated with spraying technology, with self-locking casters, which is flexible, safe, reliable and durable.
