Functional Features
1. A real, operational electronically controlled diesel engine (acceleration/deceleration/idle conditions are normal), fully demonstrating the composition and working process of the electronically controlled diesel engine.
2. The training platform panel is made of 4mm thick high-grade aluminum composite panel that is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, pollution-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof. The surface is treated with a special primer spraying process. The panel is printed with non-fading color circuit diagrams. Students can intuitively compare the circuit diagrams and the actual electronically controlled diesel engine to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system.
3. The training platform panel is equipped with detection terminals, which can be used to directly detect the electrical signals of various sensors, actuators, and engine control unit pins, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals.
4. The training platform is equipped with automotive instruments that can display real-time changes in parameters such as engine speed, water temperature, oil pressure light, charging indicator light, and electronic control system fault indicator light.
