This pure electric vehicle training system integrates LiFePO4 power batteries (76.8V, 24S) with a smart BMS and 10-inch touchscreen, enabling real-time monitoring of:

• Battery voltage, current, SOC, temperature
• Relay status, CC/CP signals, insulation resistance
• Single-cell voltages & passive balancing (100mA)

The OBC supports CAN communication, automatically initiating constant-current charging after CC/CP validation. The high-voltage interlock and MSD ensure safe operation, while the transparent acrylic cover and labeled wiring facilitate hands-on learning.

• EU CE-certified ABS housing (oil/corrosion-resistant).
• 40×40 & 40×80 aluminum frame (no paint peeling).
• Instant power cutoff if plugs/MSD are disconnected.
