 Product Requirements 

The AC/DC charging intelligent training platform must be equipped with national standard AC and DC charging modules, capable of AC or DC charging the training platform or system.


Functional Requirements
1. The training platform must be equipped with a national standard 7kW AC charging module, including: a charging card reader module, a billing module, and a control module, arranged horizontally, visually demonstrating the internal structure of the AC charging equipment.

2. The AC charging module is equipped with a national standard AC charging port, allowing charging of the training platform's built-in discharge load via a simulated on-board charger, visually demonstrating the AC charging process. It can also charge the system or interconnected training platforms.

3. The training platform is equipped with a national standard 7kW DC charging module, capable of DC charging the system.

4. The training platform can perform common fault setting and troubleshooting for both AC and DC charging circuits, such as: poor communication between AC and DC meters, overheating of AC and DC charging guns, and overvoltage input to the AC charger.

5. To ensure convenience and intuitiveness in actual teaching, the training platform must include both DC charging and AC charging sections. The DC charging section should have the following basic modules: DC charging card reader, DC charging inverter module, simulated on-board charger module, switching power supply module, RS-485 communication module, and a 7-inch display screen. The modules should be logically arranged and clearly displayed, with each module clearly labeled.

The AC charging section should have the following basic modules: AC charging card reader, main control module, over-temperature detection module, 7-inch display screen, indicator lights, power switch, emergency stop switch, DC charging gun, and fan. The modules should also be logically arranged and clearly displayed, with each module clearly labeled.


Teaching Objectives
