Product Description
This equipment is constructed using components from a hydrogen fuel reactor system. It is designed to demonstrate the structural composition and operating principles of an automotive hydrogen fuel cell system and to dynamically simulate the system's operation, thereby deepening students' understanding of its structure and functionality. It is suitable for theoretical study and practical maintenance training regarding automotive hydrogen fuel cell systems in various educational institutions and training centers.
Equipment Structure and Materials
1. The panel frame is made of Q235A carbon steel (see Section 5 for detailed specifications) and features a stamped cold-rolled steel structure with an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
2. The base frame is constructed from welded 40x40mm Q235A carbon steel square tubing. The side panels are made of Q235A steel plate (thickness ≥1.5mm). The base features a modular design, with the upper panel frame secured to the base using stainless steel bolts. A horizontal work surface atop the base is enclosed with transparent acrylic (thickness ≥4mm).
4. The entire unit features a spray-coated finish and is equipped with four 3-inch industrial-grade self-locking casters, ensuring flexible mobility, safety, reliability, and durability.
5. The panel is made of 4mm-thick high-grade aluminum-plastic composite material that is impact-resistant, stain-resistant, fire-retardant, and moisture-proof. The surface undergoes a special primer spray process, and the panel features a schematic diagram printed using UV technology.
Electrical System Composition and Functions
1. The equipment comprehensively demonstrates the operating principles of a fuel cell vehicle's energy system and highlights the low-pressure hydrogen storage advantages of metal-polymer hydrogen storage tanks. It dynamically simulates the system's operation under various load conditions (such as resistive and inductive loads) and showcases the system's characteristics and advantages.
2. A 10-inch display screen shows animated schematics illustrating the interactive operation of key hydrogen fuel cell components.
3. The panel-mounted drive motor simulation unit demonstrates the process of hydrogen flowing from the storage tank to the fuel cell stack, where the output is converted by a DC-DC boost converter into high-voltage DC and then transformed by the motor controller into AC to drive the motor; this setup effectively illustrates the structure, components, and operating principles of the fuel cell system.
4. It can dynamically simulate five operating conditions: fuel cell stack gas supply, stack power generation, power supply voltage boosting, capacitor charging, and normal driving.
5. A gear selector is included to simulate the drive motor's operating states in Reverse (R), Neutral (N), and Drive (D) modes. A brake switch is installed to simulate braking and stopping when the brake pedal is pressed during vehicle operation.
7. The system comprises the drive motor simulation unit, motor controller, fuel cell boost converter, fuel cell stack, hydrogen storage tank, gear selector switch, supercapacitor, accelerator pedal, brake switch, hydrogen generation unit, and a mobile chassis.
