Product Description
I. Product Overview
This equipment utilizes an actual power battery from a new energy vehicle—comprising components such as the power battery pack and battery management unit—to comprehensively demonstrate the internal structure, control principles, and performance parameters of the power battery. It is designed to meet the instructional needs of vocational colleges and training institutions regarding the principles of pure electric vehicle power battery systems.
II. Equipment Structure and Materials
1. The support base for the power battery system is constructed from Q235A carbon steel (thickness ≥ 2.0 mm) via cold-plate stamping; it features an aesthetically pleasing design and a height of ≥ 25 mm.
2. The equipment base is constructed from Q235A carbon steel (thickness ≥ 2.5 mm) via cold-plate stamping; it features an aesthetically pleasing design and a height of ≥ 180 mm. The overall structure is a truncated frustum where the bottom surface area exceeds the top surface area, connected by tapered side surfaces. All four corners feature rounded transitions (radius ≥ R80 mm) to eliminate sharp edges, thereby enhancing safety and aesthetics.
3. The panel frame is constructed from Q235A carbon steel (thickness ≥ 1.5 mm) via cold-plate stamping; it features an aesthetically pleasing design and a height of ≥ 60 mm. All four corners feature rounded transitions (radius ≥ R20 mm) to eliminate sharp edges, thereby enhancing safety and aesthetics.
5. The panel frame is secured by C-shaped uprights, which are fabricated from Q235A carbon steel (thickness ≥ 2.0 mm) via welding.
6. Circular stainless steel guardrails (diameter ≥ Φ32 mm) are installed on both sides of the training stand to provide safety protection. 7. The equipment features a spray-coated finish and is mounted on six 3-inch industrial-grade, self-locking casters, ensuring flexible mobility, safety, reliability, and durability.
8. The control panel is constructed from 4mm-thick, high-grade aluminum-plastic composite material that is impact-resistant, stain-resistant, fire-retardant, and moisture-proof; the surface is treated with a special primer coating process. A color UV-printed circuit diagram is displayed on the panel, allowing trainees to visually compare the diagram with the actual components to understand and analyze the operating principles of the power battery system.
III. Electrical System Composition and Functions
1. Uses an original power battery pack (including the BMS), comprising the battery management controller, battery sampling harnesses, etc. Key functions of the battery management controller include charge/discharge management, contactor control, power control, battery anomaly alarms and protection, SOC/SOH calculation, self-diagnosis and communication, battery voltage and temperature sampling, cell balancing, and sampling harness fault detection.
2. Major components are mounted on the platform with electrical connections identical to those in a real vehicle; components can be easily disassembled after power-off, enabling trainees to master the key points of high-voltage system component removal/installation and safety protocols during the process.
3. The power battery pack is enclosed in a transparent acrylic protective cover (≥4mm thick), allowing for the observation of internal components and wiring configurations, thereby facilitating students' understanding of the battery pack's internal structure.
4. Equipped with an independent cooling circulation system consisting of an electric water pump, radiator, coolant reservoir, and electric fan; the pump and fan are powered by a 12V DC supply.
5. The panel features 2mm test terminals designed for a secure fit with multimeter probes (preventing loose connections), serving as test points for directly measuring electrical signals—such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency, and waveforms—from BMS circuit components for fault diagnosis and signal monitoring.
6. It must be capable of interconnected operation with training benches for the battery electric vehicle (BEV) electric drive system, electric air conditioning system, electronically controlled power steering system, body electrical system diagnostics, and integrated body electrical systems.
7. Equipped with an LED illuminated sign powered by a battery system; connecting the power supply allows the sign to light up.
8. Configured with a 21.5-inch all-in-one PC and an intelligent fault system—including detection for open-circuit and broken-circuit faults—with at least 8 fault channels per detection board.
