4. Following the sectioning process, the vehicle’s wiring, suspension, and electrical systems are clearly visible.
5. All components and accessories within the sectioned vehicle remain fully functional.
6. The metal chassis structure is clearly exposed, with the transmission, suspension, drivetrain, braking, and steering systems arranged exactly as in the original vehicle—ideally suited for training and educational centers focused on new energy vehicles (NEVs).
7. An integrated fault-detection platform can be connected to the sectioned vehicle to monitor signal voltages in low-voltage control circuits, including those for the drive control system, battery management system (BMS), air conditioning, ABS, lighting, power windows/door locks, and windshield wipers.
