Product Overview: New energy vehicle electronic control system testing bench: a customized device for developing and simulating new energy vehicle electronic control systems, applied in the research and development, teaching, and practice of new energy electric vehicles. Overall, this test bench can be used as a validation testing platform for developing the three electric systems of new energy vehicles, which is of great help in improving the development capabilities of engineers and completing experiments on the three electric integration. Functional features: This test bench includes the three core electronic controls of new energy vehicles, the vehicle controller VCU, the motor controller MCU, and the battery management system BMS, and provides hardware schematics and software source code for the VCU MCU BMS. Students or engineers can modify the code based on our provided software and hardware platform for secondary development and verification. This platform includes a motor towing platform with the ability to operate with a motor four phase line. The motor towing platform is equipped with a dynamic torque sensor, which can dynamically measure key parameters such as motor torque, speed, power, efficiency, etc. Equivalent to the complete set of functions of a motor dynamometer. This rack is equipped with 36 series of lithium iron phosphate batteries, matched with a self-developed BMS, which can complete the BMS's function of monitoring the voltage, temperature, and current of lithium batteries. The VCU MCU BMS of this platform adopts the industry-leading V-shaped development process, and the algorithm part is modeled using MATLAB and generates code. Meet the requirements of rapid development and iteration in the automotive industry. Technical parameters: Composition of New Energy Test Bench 1) The new energy test bench is built based on real automotive components and simulated car bodies made of aluminum and iron materials. 2) The operation panel adopts a simulation teaching style easy to understand operation panel, integrating various operation switches and simulation knobs to test some special working conditions. 3) The new energy vehicle controller adopts independently developed and advanced NXP 32-bit MPC5744 as the main chip for modeling and development. (2) Technical requirements 1) The rack controller can complete data monitoring on the upper computer. 2) The test bench can simulate various working conditions. 3) The control panel has corresponding work indicator lights and measurement holes, which can be used to understand the work sequence and status of each workpiece based on the indicator lights. The actual voltage of the wires on the schematic can be measured using a multimeter based on the measuring port. 4) The schematic diagram that needs to be linked to the physical controller on the operation panel.
